Clinic Policies

~ ​​We are currently booking all of our appointments over the phone, please give us a call to book.

       ~  We are allowing clients in the building for appointments; if you or anyone in your household is         positive for COVID, please give us a call.

~ We do require that all clients wear a mask covering their mouth and nose upon entering the building.

~ At the time of scheduling an appointment, we do require a non-refundable deposit which will go  towards your bill after your appointment. 

~ When calling in for medication refills, please allow our staff 24-48 hours to fill your pets prescription and let you know that it is ready for pick-up. 

 ~ When returning a lab sample, please drop it at the front desk so we can send it out ASAP. Any samples left in the mailbox will be discarded and you will be required to drop off a new sample.

  • There is metered street parking available nearby

  • Delicious treats are available within walking distance for you and your fur babies; we recommend Rybrew, Spot Burger or The Monkey & the Elephant!
