Clinic Policies

We are allowing clients into the building with their fur babies, we do ask that a mask is worn over your mouth and nose at all times while in the building for everyone's safety.

  •  ​​We are currently booking all of our appointments over the phone, please give us a call to book.

  • We require a deposit at the time of scheduling all appointments and surgeries, it will be applied to your bill at the end of your visit. Deposits are non-refundable. Any changes or cancellations must be done 24 hours in advance; any changes made 24 hours in advance or prior will remain as an appointment credit on your account. Any cancellations or changes made post 24 hours of your appointment will be forfeited as per our policy.

  •  When calling in for medication refills, please allow our staff 24-48 hours to fill your pets prescription and let you know that it is ready for pick-up. We currently do not work with Chewy, 1800petmeds or any other third party pharmacies.  We can not guarantee the safety, efficacy or warranty of medications purchased through those sites. Any meds you wish to purchase online can be purchased through out online pharmacy, linked at the bottom of the page.

  •  When returning a lab sample, please drop it at the front desk so we can send it out ASAP. Any samples left in the mailbox will be discarded and you will be required to drop off a new sample.
